no sasuke-arena, you wont. Only the leaders of the clan can start tourneys. Or they can give permission to someone to do so. Otherwise no one can post here. Sorry. In other words just pm me your response and dont post here for now.

This is like for clan battles/tournaments so writing "anyone wanna pb me?" is allowed.
